Ingredientes

  • 6 x Hard cooked Large eggs, shelled
  • 1 c. Canned beet juice
  • 1 x Clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 x Bay leaf
  • 1/4 tsp Allspice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  •     Freshly grnd pepper
  • 1 c. Cider vinegar

Direcciones

  1. Place Large eggs in qt jar. Combine remaining ingreds in enameled saucepan and bring to boil. Pour over Large eggs. Cover, cold and chill for at least 8 hours.
