- Place the beans in a food processor or possibly blender and roughly puree with on/off turns. Transfer to a large bowl. Add in remaining ingredients, mix well. Form the mix into 8 patties. Brown in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat for 5 min per side, or possibly broil about 5 inches from heat. (Weigh servings.) Single serving = 4 ounces protein.
