Piping Hot Venison Dip

Ingredientes

  • 1 can refried beans
  • 2 pound grnd venison
  • 1 env. dry taco mix
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 jar taco sauce (mild or possibly warm)
  • 3 c. grated cheese (Colby, Cojack, Muenster)
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

  1. Spread refried beans in bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Brown meat and remove from heat. Add in taco mix, enchilada sauce and taco sauce; mix well and pour over beans. Spread grated cheese on top. Heat in 400 degree oven for 15-20 min or possibly till bubbly. Spread lowfat sour cream over cheese and return to oven for 5 min. Use tsp. to dip and serve with nacho chips.
