Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb Grnd beef
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Thyme
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 c. Cream
  • 3/4 c. Beef broth
  • 1/8 tsp Chili pwdr
  • 1 tsp Parsley flakes
  • 3/4 c. Evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/2 c. Cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. Onions - minced
  • 1/4 lb Mushrooms - sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 tsp Onions - minced

Direcciones

  1. Piquant Meatloaf with Mushroom Gravy
  2. LOAF: Sprinkle meat with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, thyme, garlic pwdr, chili pwdr and parsley flakes. Toss with fork to mix. Combine evaporated lowfat milk and egg in bowl, stir in cracker crumbs and let soak for 5 min. Add in to grnd beef mix with onions and mix well. Bake in 350F oven for 1-1/4 hrs.
  3. GRAVY: Saute/fry mushrooms and onions in butter till limp. Combine flour, salt and paprika. Blend with mushrooms. Stir in broth and cream. Cook till thick and bubbly. Serve over sliced meatloaf.
