Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter
  • 1 x Thin slice onion
  • 2 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
  • 1 c. Beef broth
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 c. White wine
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced gherkins
  • 1 Tbsp. Finely minced onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp Minced fresh or possibly 1/2 ts Dry chervil leaves

Direcciones

  1. Try with beef, veal or possibly fish. Heat margarine in 1-1/2-qt saucepan over low heat till melted. Cook and stir onion in margarine till onion is brown; throw away onion. Stir flour into margarine. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, till flour is deep brown; remove from heat. Stir in broth, white wine, parsley, gherkins, onion and chervil. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in salt and pepper. 1 C. SAUCE; 50 CALORIES PER Tbsp..
