Ingredientes

  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 pound butter

Direcciones

  1. Mix flour, Large eggs and salt. Add in sufficient water to make medium soft dough. Knead dough till soft. Divide into 2 portions. Roll 1 portion out thin. Cut into 2 inch squares. Place on each half desired filling. Fold to make triangle. Healthy pinch edges to contain filling. Follow same method for remaining dough. Drop in boiling water, cook till pierogi comes to the top, about 5 min. Drain. Brown butter in skillet and pour over pierogi so they are well buttered. Different fillings should be boiled separately.
