Ingredientes

  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 yeast cake
  • 4 to 4 1/5 c. sifted flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 3 Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 c. butter

Direcciones

  1. Cut out rings about 2 1/2 inches in diameter, put a tsp. of the filling in each, fold over and healthy pinch edges together. Paint with beaten egg and bake in fairly warm oven 425 degrees on a well-greased pan. Serve warm or possibly cool with soup or possibly cocktails.
