Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkt pistachio instant pudding mix
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. Crisco oil
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 4 x Large eggs

Direcciones

  1. In large bowl, mix the above ingredients and beat about 3 minutes. In small bowl make filling: 1 C minced walnuts or possibly pecans, 1/2 C brown sugar and 2 Tbs cinnamon. Pour 2/3 of batter between 2 greased loaf pans (can use tube pan). Sprinkle filling over & cover filling w/ remaining batter Bake @ 375 for 40 minutes or possibly till done. Cold right side up, then invert out of pan. May glaze with confectioner's sugar.
