Ingredientes

  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. minced nuts
  • 8 ounce cream cheese softened
  • 2/3 c. powdered sugar
  • 8 ounce cold whip
  • 2 sm Packages pistachio instant pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 c. cool lowfat milk
  • 1/4 tsp almond flavoring

Direcciones

  1. Combine flour, sugar, butter and nuts and press into greased 9x13 pan; bake at 350 degrees for 15 min; cold. Mix cheese and powdered sugar together; mix in 1/2 the Cold Whip; spread on cooled crust. Make pudding and add in almond flavoring. Combine and spread over top of cream cheese layer; chill till hard. Top with remaining Cold Whip and chill.
