Receta Pistachio Smoothie
One of my favorite smoothies... that is not chocolate. I used both raw pistachios and pistachio butter in a coconut milk base. Deeeeeelicious! You could also do this in a nut milk or hemp milk base. The Living Tree Community Pistachio Nut Butter is AMAZING!!!
Pistachio Smoothie Ingredients:
- 1 young Thai Coconut (water and meat)
- 1/12 to 1 cup filtereed water - as needed
- 1/4 cup pistachios
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/4 Tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 Tablespoon hemp seeds.
- 6 kale leaves, (stems removed)
- 2 Tablespoons Living Tree Community Pistachio Butter (optional)
- 2 medjool dates
- Optional: Add 1 teaspoon Spirulina Powder,
Directions:
Blend coconut water and meat until creamy. Add remaining ingredients, and blend.
