  • 8 ounce Flour
  • 4 ounce Butter
  • 2 ounce Caster Sugar
  • 1 ounce Choped Almonds
  • 1 ounce Mixed Candied Peel

  1. Set Oven to 325F/Gas 3. Grease a baking sheet. Sift the flour into
  2. a bowl. Add in the sugar and butter and rub in to create a dough. Add in the
  3. almonds and fold in the peel, making sure they are proportionately distributed.
