Ingredientes

  • 1 x 12 inch ready-to-serve Italian bread, pizza crust shell
  • 1/2 c. ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 c. fontina cheese, shredded
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. green onions
  • 1/3 c. black olives
  • 1/3 c. tomatoes, seeded
  • 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  •     sprinkle basil
  •     sprinkle oregano

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients for the cheese filling and mix thoroughly. Spread proportionately over pizza crust.
  2. Chop vegetable toppings and mix together. Sprinkle vegetables over crust.
  3. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Sprinkle top with basil and oregano.
  4. Bake at 375 _ for 8-10 min or possibly till filling is warm and cheese has melted.
  5. Cut into 8 wedges and serve.
