Ingredientes

  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1 c. hot water (105-115 degrees)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour or possibly whole wheat flour

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve yeast in hot water. Stir in remaining ingredients; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Let rest 5 min. Divide dough in half and pat out to desired shape with floured fingers. Cook pizza in 425 degree oven till cheese is lightly browned or possibly 20-25 min.
