Ingredientes

  • 1 lb., 10 ounce. grnd turkey
  • 1/2 c. minced green pepper
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 3 c. tomato sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon grnd fennel seed
  • 4 c. cooked noodles
  • 2 ounce. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 ounce. Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 ounce. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. canned mushrooms

Direcciones

  1. Broil meat to desired doneness. Combine meat, green pepper, onion, and spices with tomato sauce. Simmer 15 min over low heat. Cook, rinse and drain noodles. Place in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan, sprayed with Pam. Pour meat sauce over noodles. Sprinkle cheeses. Arrange mushrooms. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min. Cold 10 min. Cut into 8 sections. Each section equals: 4 proteins, 1/4 vegetable, 1 bread, 37 optional calories.
