Pizza Roll-Ups

I threw these together the other night and we totally loved them! So I thought I would share. It’s basically just like a pizza, so anything you like as toppings would work great as a filling. They make up really quickly, even if they are a little bit putsy at first…

Pizza Roll-Ups

Ingredients:

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Spray an 8" round baker (or pie plate) with non-stick cooking spray.

Remove the dough from the canister, cut into thirds. Roll out one of the thirds and cut it into 4 equal pieces. Press out each piece with your fingers until it about doubles in size.

Place toppings in the middle, then pull up all ofthe edges and pinch together. Place the dough ball upside down in the baking dish and repeat with the rest of the dough squares. Brush the tops with melted butter, sprinkle on the garlic salt (I also used some herbes de Provence) and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Serve with a side of pizza sauce or ranch dressing for dipping in.
