- Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add in the onion & stir-fry for 3 min. Add in the garlic & stir-fry till both are golden brown. Add in the rice & the tofu & stir-fry for 3 min. Sprinkle with soy sauce & white pepper. Remove from heat & place in a serving dish surrounded with garnishes.
