Ingredientes

  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 5 c. cooked long-grain rice
  • 1 c. tofu, diced
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. cilantro leaves, minced
  • 1 c. cucumber, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. red & green chilies, minced
  • 3 x green onions, minced
  • 1 x lime, cut into wedges

Direcciones

  1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add in the onion & stir-fry for 3 min. Add in the garlic & stir-fry till both are golden brown. Add in the rice & the tofu & stir-fry for 3 min. Sprinkle with soy sauce & white pepper. Remove from heat & place in a serving dish surrounded with garnishes.
