Ingredientes

  • 1 c. yellow corn meal
  • 1 tsp salt
  •     Blend the corn meal with 1 c. of the water.

Direcciones

  1. Add in the salt to the remaining water, and bring to a boil. Add in the corn meal mix, stirring constantly. Cook, stirring frequently, till thickened.
  2. Continue cooking over low heat for 10 min, stirring frequently.
