Receta Pleasingly Purple Smoothie
In keeping with the purple theme, and continuing to use the purple corn water, I made a refreshing "green" purple smoothie. My professional taster, W, gave it a thumbs up!
Ingredients:
- 2-3 handfuls of spinach
- blueberries
- raspberries
- 1-2 cups purple corn water
- 1/2 papaya
- 1/2 avocado
- hemp
- ground flax seed
