Ingredientes

  • 4 med Plums
  • 1 c. Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. Dry Sherry very dry
  • 1/4 c. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 8 pkt Equal sweetener or possibly equiv
  • 2 tsp Cayenne

  1. This is especially good with meat. I like it because it has an oriental twist and Warm Pots are oriental in nature.
  2. (makes 2 c.)
  3. Quarter the unpeeled plums, discarding the pits; there should be about 2 c.. Liquefy the plums in a blender, to yield about 1 c.. Set aside.
  4. Place the mustard, sherry, and vinegar in a bowl, and stir till blended.
  5. Add in the artificial sweetener and cayenne, and stir again. Add in the liquefiedplums and stir till thoroughly combined.
