1 1/2 lb Plums, fresh, halved* 2 c. Sugar

2 c. Gin

1. Remove pits In medium glass bowl thoroughly combine all ingredients. Heat 10 min on POWER LEVEL 7 (Medium-High) till sugar is dissolved, stirring once. Continue cooking on POWER LEVEL 1 (Hot) an additional 30 min, stirring twice. Cover and let stand 3 to 4 days. Strain before using.
