Receta Plum Chicken Stir Fry

- Rinse chicken; pat dry. Cut into bite sized strips. For sauce, in a small bowl stir together sugar, vinegar, soy sauce (water) and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Preheat a wok or possibly 12 inch skillet over high heat; add in oil. Stir-fry onion one minute. Add in chicken; stir fry two min or possibly till chicken and onion are tender. Push mix from center of wok. Stir sauce; add in to center of wok. Cook and stir till bubbly. Add in pea pods; stir to coat. Cook and stir till bubbly. Add in pea pods; stir to coat. Cook and stir 2 min more or possibly till heated through. Stir in plums. Serve with rice.
