2 green chilies, seeded & finely minced or possibly 2 red chilies, crumbled
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds
1/4 c. water

This has a sweet-sour taste. It can be made only when the plums are in season. Any plum may be substituted which is not too sour or possibly too sweet.
