Ingredientes

  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. melted shortening
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 c. cooked prunes, mashed
  • 1 c. cool lowfat milk
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • Whipped cream

Direcciones

  1. Beat Large eggs well. Dissolve brown sugar in warm melted shortening. Add in Large eggs, prunes and flour. Dissolve soda in lowfat milk and add in last. Fill greased pudding molds 2/3 full. Cover tightly and steam 1 hour. Use one 8 inch pudding mold or possibly 2 (1 lb.) coffee cans. Serve with sweetened whipped cream or possibly any desired pudding sauce.
