Ingredientes

  • 3 to 4 lbs. pork spareribs
  • 1/2 c. Kikkoman soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. plum jam
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • Pam vegetable cooking spray

Direcciones

  1. Cut ribs into serving pcs; place in shallow pan, sprayed with Pam (meaty side down). Cover tightly with foil. Bake in 325 degree oven 1 hour. Meanwhile, combine soy sauce, plum jam, honey, orange juice, and garlic. Remove foil; drain off drippings. Brush both sides of ribs thoroughly with soy sauce mix. Pour remaining sauce proportionately over ribs. Return to oven and bake 30 min, brushing ribs with sauce every 10 min.
