Ingredientes

  • 3 to 4 lbs. pork spare ribs
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. plum jam
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 1 clove garlic

Direcciones

  1. Cut ribs into serving pcs; place in shallow, foil lined pan, meaty side down. Cover tightly with more foil; bake at 325 degrees 1 hour.
  2. Meanwhile, combine remaining 5 ingredients. Remove foil; drain off drippings. Brush both sides of ribs with sauce; pour remaining sauce proportionately over ribs. Return to oven and bake 30 min, brushing ribs with sauce every 10 min. Makes 4 servings.
