Ingredientes

  • 3 x Fresh plums, pitted and minced
  • 1/4 c. Raisins
  • 2 c. Apple juice
  • 1 c. (heaping) slow cooking oatmeal
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Dehydrated lemon peel

Direcciones

  1. Combine apple juice, plums, raisins, and cinnamon in a small pot and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 5 min. Stir in oatmeal and simmer till the juice is absorbed. cover and let rest for 1 minute.
  2. Serves 2-4.
  3. This is not real sweet so some of you may prefer to add in some sugar or possibly honey.
