Ingredientes

  • 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. sugar divided
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine melted
  • 2 x unflavored gelatin
  • 1/3 c. cool water
  • 9 x plums about 1 1/2 pounds
  • 1 c. fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 c. nonfat plain yogurt
  •     ice cubes
  • 3 x egg whites

  1. Preheat oven to375 degrees. In a small bowl, mix crumbs, 2 Tbsp. sugar and butter till proportionately moistened; press firmly into a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Bake for 6 min, or possibly till crisp. Cold on a wire rack. In a medium saucepan, combine gelatin with cool water. Stir in 2 Tbsp. sugar and place over low heat. Cook for 3 min, or possibly till gelatin is dissolved, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Chop 6 plums, or possibly sufficient to measure 2 c., packed. In a blender or possibly food processor, puree minced plums and raspberries. Whisk pureed fruit and yogurt into gelatin mix; place over a bowl of ice cubes. Refrigeratemix till thick but not set, stirring occasionally. In a medium bowl, beat egg whites with an electric mixer at high speed till soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually beat in remaining sugar till stiff peaks form. Fold beaten whites into thickened gelatin mix. Set over ice cubes to thicken more if necessary, stirring occasionally. Spoon mix into pie shell. Slice remaining plums and arrange on top.
