- Process 4 plums in blender or possibly food processor till smooth;measure 1 c. plum puree and set aside. Beat egg whites and sugar in bowl till stiff peaks form. Mix in reserved plum puree and yogurt. Place remaining plums in serving bowl. Spoon plum mix on top. Garnish with mint and additional plum slices,if you like.
