Receta Poached Halibut With Cucumber Sauce

- Combine water, wine, salt, bay leaf, peppercorns, thyme and parsley; bring to a boil and add in halibut. Reduce heat and cover and simmer 10 min per inch of thickness measured at it's thickest part or possibly till halibut flakes easily when tested with a fork. Gently remove halibut and drain. Serve warm or possibly chilled. Garnish with cucumber slices. Serve with creamy cucumber sauce.
