Ingredientes

  • 1 pun of plums
  •     Vanilla ice cream
  • 1 x Egg white
  •     Sugar
  •     Cinnamon
  •     Nutmeg

Direcciones

  1. Put the ice cream in 3 serving bowls and place in the freezer. Halve the plums and remove the stones. Heat some butter in a frying pan, add in the plums, a bit of sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg and fry for a couple of min.
  2. Whisk the egg white with caster sugar to make a simple meringue.
  3. Remove the ice cream from the freezer and put the plums on top. Using an icing bag, pipe the meringue on the plums and place under a warm grill till golden, about 5 min, and serve.
