Ingredientes

  • 400 gm Sugar
  • 450 ml Water
  • 900 gm Fresh plums
  •     Mascarpone cheese
  •     Caster sugar to taste

Direcciones

  1. Put the sugar and water into a saucepan and bring to the boil slowly. Tip in the plums, cover the saucepan and poach till they begin to burst. Turn into a bowl and serve hot with some sweetened mascarpone cheese melting over the top.
