Ingredients: Serves 2 to 3 1 cup – Poha / Aval / Flattened rice (thick variety) 1 small – Potato 2 to 3 tbsp – Peanuts 1/2 tsp – Ginger chopped 1 or 2 no’s – Green chillies (chopped) 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds / jeera 1 tbsp – Coriander leaves chopped Pinch of sugar Salt to taste 2 tsp – Oil or ghee Preparation method: Heat a pan, dry roast the peanuts until they are well roasted.
