Receta Polenta triangles

Another tasty appetizer that can be served alone or together with stuffed mushrooms. The combination is mouthwatering!

Ingredientes

2/3 cup polenta or yellow cornmeal

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 egg

1/4 cup milk

Direcciones
- Combine polenta, flour, butter and cheese in a food processor or bowl. Whirl or rub with your fingers until mixture forms fine crumbs.
- Add egg and milk to the mixture, whirl or stir just until moistened.
- Pat dough into 9x13 inch pan.
- Bake in oven at 200°C for about 18 minutes until golden brown.
- Cut into squares, then cut each square diagonally in half (into triangle).
