Ingredientes

  • 4 lbs. pork (steak, loin roast or possibly chops, cubed & browned)
  • 1 pound pkg. med. noodles
  • 1 big can sauerkraut (add in 1 tbsp. brown sugar)
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix

Direcciones

  1. Brown meat; cook noodles. Drain sauerkraut and rinse well. Add in the Tbsp. of brown sugar. Combine onion and mushroom soups with 2 c. water. Layer sauerkraut, noodles and meat in bottom of large oblong pan. Pour soup mix over. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour, no less.
