Ingredientes

  • 1 med. cabbage, shredded
  • 1 med. onion, sliced
  • 1 sm. green pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, minced fine
  • 1/2 c. sugar

Direcciones

  1. Arrange vegetables in layers in bowl, sprinkling sugar over each layer. Combine all ingredients for dressing in saucepan. Bring to boiling point. Pour over cabbage mix. Cover and let stand for one hour. Mix and chill. (For best flavor, chill overnight.)
