Ingredientes

  • 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
  • 3 c. bread flour
  • 3 Tbsp. powdered lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 Tbsp. poppy seeds
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. orange zest grated or possibly grapefruit zest
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 whl egg
  • 1 x egg yolk
  • 1 c. water plus
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1/3 c. sliced almonds

Direcciones

  1. Add in all ingredients except the raisins and almonds in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions.
  2. At the beeper, add in the raisins and almonds.
