Ingredientes

  • 1 x Boneless Chicken breast
  • 10 x Bean thread sheets -optional
  • 2 x Cucumbers, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sesame seed paste (or possibly oil)
  • 2 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Worchesershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic juice
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger juice
  • 1/2 tsp Warm chili sauce (optional)
  • 1 x Dash black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
  •     Poach or possibly steam chicken over medium heat for

Direcciones

  1. Approximately 10-12 min till done. Remove and let cold. Then shred or possibly cut into match size strips. Set aside.
  2. Peel and cut cucumbers lengthwise into half, then slice into thin strips. Mix with 1/2 Tablespoons salt in a large bowl and slightly squeeze for a minute. Drain well and place proportionately on a platter.
  3. In a saucepan, add in dressing mix and bring to a slow boil while stirring. Add in stock or possibly water if needed.
  4. Finally, slightly thicken. Transfer dressing to a container and store till needed.
  5. To serve, place chicken strips on top of pickled cucumber and pour dressing over top.
