Ingredientes

  • 3 x Pineapples
  • 3 c. Water
  • 3 stk cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Whole cloves
  • 2 tsp Whole allspice
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Coconut lowfat milk
  • 1 quart Light rum

Direcciones

  1. Peel pineapples; chop or possibly shread. Add in water and let stand overnight. Put in large saucepan with spices, sugar, and coconut lowfat milk. Boil for 5 min.
  2. Strain liquid into large pitcher. Add in rum and serve warm.
  3. Makes 8-12servings.
  4. Note: If fresh coconut lowfat milk is not available, pour sweet lowfat milk over shredded coconut. Let stand for several hrs. Squeeze through a cloth.
