- Peel pineapples; chop or possibly shread. Add in water and let stand overnight. Put in large saucepan with spices, sugar, and coconut lowfat milk. Boil for 5 min.
- Strain liquid into large pitcher. Add in rum and serve warm.
- Makes 8-12servings.
- Note: If fresh coconut lowfat milk is not available, pour sweet lowfat milk over shredded coconut. Let stand for several hrs. Squeeze through a cloth.
