Ingredientes

  •     Juice of 4 lemons
  • 1/3 c. Rice vinegar plus
  • 2 Tbsp. Rice vinegar
  • 1 c. Dark soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Tamari sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. Mirin
  • 1/3 ounce Dry bonito flakes
  • 1 x Two-inch square giant kelp (konbu)

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and let stand 24 hrs. Strain through a cheesecloth and mature for 3 months in a cold, dark place, or possibly in the refrigerator.
  2. This recipe yields 2 1/2 c. of dipping sauce.
