Receta Poondu kuzhambu with coconut / Garlic kuzhambu
Ingredientes
- 15 nos – Garlic / poondu
- 10 nos – Sambar onion / small onion (chopped finely)
- 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
- 1 no – Tamarind (gooseberry size)
- Salt to taste For grinding:
- 4 tbsp – Coconut grated
- 1 1/2 tsp – Coriander seeds
- 2 or 3 nos – Dry red chillies
- Few fresh curry leaves
- 1 tsp – Oil For seasonings:
- 1 tbsp – Sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp – Mustard seeds
- 1/4 tsp – Split black gram / ulunthu
- 2 pinches – Fenugreek seeds / vendhayam / methi seeds
