Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. Oil
  • 1/3 c. Popcorn
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp Salt, if you like

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 325 F (slow).
  2. Place oil in a deep, heavy pan or possibly skillet with dome lid. Heat till oil is warm sufficient to pop a popcorn kernel.
  3. Pour popcorn into pan. Cover and reduce heat to medium. Shake pan over the burner till all corn is popped.
  4. Place popped corn in a shallow baking pan. Drizzle with melted fat. Mix.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese. Add in salt, if you like. Mix.
  6. Heat 8 to 10 min in oven, stirring frequently.
  7. NOTE: A popcorn popper may be used to prepare popcorn. Follow manufacturer's directions.
