I love blueberries and poppy! It's very tasty and a great dessert!

Ingredientes

  • 200 g flour
  • Medium, 150 g of flour
  • 30 g yeast
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 150 ml lukewarm milk
  • 80 g butter
  • grease the tin
  • For the filling:
  • 150 g ground poppy
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 800 g of blueberries

Direcciones

  1. From 1 tablespoon flour, 1 teaspoon sugar, yeast and lukewarm milk prepare sourdough, which leave it to rise. Mix the flour with medium-coarse flour and sugar, add salt, egg yolks, melted butter and sourdough yeast. Prepare a smooth dough. Sprinkle it with flour, cover with tea towel and leave in a warm place to rise.
  2. Warm up the oven to 180 ° C. Fold the dough onto the prepared sheet, hand it to mash and sprinkle with poppy seeds and sugar mixed with cinnamon, blueberries eventually. Place in a preheated oven and bake about 20 minutes.
