Ingredientes

  • 12 lbs pork loin- bnl canadian
  • 1 1/2 lbs sliced almonds(1), chop
  • 8 oz bread crumbs, plain, med
  • 2 1/4 oz garlic powder
  • 2 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • 8 oz egg whites
  • 1 oz beef base
  • 1 1/4 oz pork base
  • 1 1/2 qts water
  • 1 1/2 qts cream- whipping hvy
  • 12 oz sliced almonds (1)

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven.
  2. Mix together the coarse chopped almonds, bread crumbs, garlic, salt, and pepper. Reserve.
  3. Dip the pork loin in the egg whites and then roll it in the reserved almond mixture, coating the meat evenly.
