- Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper. Brown in skillet on both sides. Lay pork chops in oblong baking dish. Combine apples and brown sugar. Spoon over pork chops.
- Combine stuffing mix, celery, melted butter, onion, salt and sage. Mix with beef broth till moistened. Press stuffing into 1/2 c. measure, unmold a stuffing and place on each pork chop. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
