Ingredientes

  • 1/2 pound grnd pork
  • 1 clove chopped garlic
  • 1 T veg. oil
  • 2 c. finely minced bok choy
  • 1 c. minced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. finely minced onion
  • 1/2 c. finely minced celery
  • 1/2 c. minced water chestnuts
  • 1/4 c. shredded carrot
  • 1 (4 1/2 ounce) can shrimp
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 2 T sherry
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 pkg. egg roll wrappers

Direcciones

  1. In frying pan stir-fry pork and garlic in tbsp hot oil (drain). Add in vegetables and stir-fry for 3 or possibly 4 min more. Drain shrimp and chop. In a bowl put together shrimp, pork-vegetable mix, egg, soy sauce, sherry, sugar and salt. Mix well and refrigerate.Use approximately 2 heaping tbsp for each egg roll - deep fry till golden. Serve warm.
