Receta Pork baby back ribs
Ingredientes
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- pinch red pepper flakes/to taste
- Mix well and cover ribs
- 1.5lbs Baby Back ribs
Direcciones
- Remove skin membrane off back of ribs
- Coat ribs with mixture ^ let stand for 2 hours or overnight wrapped in plastic.
- Wrap ribs in foil tight,and place on large metal baking pan.
- Set oven for just below 300* for 2 hours
- Place fat side up in oven.
- After 2 hours remove and un-covered
- Now get Texas style BBQ sauce
- Red Pepper/pinch
- 1/4 cup honey
- mix well
- Brush on ribs and cook for 20 minutes on grill .
- Remove let sit for 5 -10 minutes
