Pork Butterfly Tenderloin

Ingredientes

  • 4 butterfly tenderloins or possibly center cut pork chops
  • 2 Large eggs
  • Lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Mix together Large eggs and lowfat milk. Dip chops in egg-lowfat milk mix, then roll in bread crumbs. Brown chops in liquid shortening in skillet.
  2. In a baking dish, combine 1 (20 ounce.) can Italian tomatoes, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, 1/2 tsp. basil and 1/2 tsp. oregano.
  3. Place browned chops in tomato mix and spoon mix over the chops. Place slices of onion on chops and then sprinkle with Romano or possibly Parmesan cheese. Bake 1 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees or possibly till done.
