Ingredientes

  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 can Durkee French fried onions
  • 1 (24 ounce.) pkg. frzn hash browns, thawed
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Brown pork chops in lightly greased skillet. Combine soup, lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream, pepper and 1/2 tsp. of seasoned salt. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 c. cheese and 1/2 can French fried onions in casserole or possibly 9x13 inch baking dish. Arrange pork chops over potatoes. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 40 min. Top with remaining cheese and French fried onions. Bake uncovered 5 min longer.
