Receta Pork Chop And Rice Bake (Microwave)

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. long grain rice
- 1/2 c. water
- Salt and pepper
- 4 (1 1/2 lbs.) pork chops
- 1 med. onion, sliced
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can golden brown mushroom soup
Direcciones
- In 2-qt casserole arrange rice proportionately over bottom. Cover with water, salt and pepper to taste. Arrange pork chops with meaty portions towards outside edges over rice. Salt and pepper. Arrange sliced onion rings proportionately over chops. Spoon soup over top of this. Microwave at 50% covered, 45 min. If you like, add in 2 more chops and an additional 15 min cooking time.
