Ingredientes

1 c. cornmeal mix (not plain cornmeal)
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon grnd sage

3/4 teaspoon onion pwdr
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon paprika

Direcciones

Mix all ingredients and coat pork chops. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 30-40 min, depending on thickness of meat. Will coat approximately 8 chops.
